Information we collect
In the eLogika system we collect the following data:
- Name
- Surname
- Address (optional)
- User photo (optional)
Obligatory data necessary for a proper work of the system are these:
- University user ID
- IP address that is used to login to the system on the client side
- Data inserted to web forms by a user
- Summary of time when being logged in the system
These data are collected throughout the process of log in and using the system.
In case the eLogika system requires other privacy data, the user will be asked to approve using these privacy data. If the user provides privacy data without system request, he/she hereby gives the system right to use them.
How are privacy data used
The collected data are used by eLogika in order to improve the quality of service and to additional use by the other software products that are included in eLogika.
Data can also be used to communicate with the user.
Storing data
Data storage is realized in system database and in client’s computer by means of cookies.
